I really want to be the Mad Hatter for Halloween, but I don’t want to spend $ 50 on a costume from the store. Any ideas on how I could make a home made costume?

I going to be the same thing this year. It’s not exactly homemade but maybe it’ll help.
I went to goodwill and got a long coat for about $ 10 and to a halloween store and got a top hat for $ 12.
Then I’m just going to wear some of my normal clothes underneath to make it more gothic. (I don’t know what kind of mad hatter look your going for)
But yes, that’s what I did
